Printing to the Copier


Print jobs can be sent directly to two of the copiers in our building. The main copier in the copy center as well as the copier on the second floor are set for this feature. Before sending jobs to the copier it needs to be added to the list of printer options on your computer. After it is added you simply select the copier instead of your normal team room printer. You can then select the number of copies you'd like before hitting print. (If you only print 1 copy you will have the opportunity to change the number of copies you need at the copier before the job is printed). Once you hit print on your computer it adds the print job to the job cue on the selected copier. You then finish the process at the copier. Setting Preferred Substitutes


Our substitute management system, Frontline Absence Management (Formally known as Aesop), allows you to select substitutes you'd prefer to have in your classroom. When an absence is submitted, the system checks the availability of your preferred substitutes and notifies them immediately if they are available.
